Make participation possible
The campaign helps lower costs for families and open fully sponsored places. At least 15 sponsored places are reserved for girls in each workshop. Our team confirms each place.

The same 40 kits serve both November workshops, then STEM clubs and follow-up sessions with local teachers and partner schools.
What could your donation help provide?
Of the US$5,000 goal, around US$2,400 buys 40 reusable kits at roughly US$60 each. The remaining US$2,600 covers delivery of both workshops.
Delivery includes facilitation, transport, logistics, learning materials, consumables, replacement components, internet where needed and other direct programme costs. This funding also helps lower costs for families and open fully sponsored places.

Before you give
Who is organising the fundraiser?
Maturin Ndukong, Maureen’s brother, organises the GoFundMe campaign. He collects the funds in the United States and transfers them to Giiyo Tech in Cameroon for the programme.
Do participants take the kits home?
No. The same 40 kits serve both November workshops, then stay with Giiyo Tech for STEM clubs and follow-up sessions with local teachers and partner schools.
Does a donation register a child?
No. Donations support the campaign. To take part, use the workshop registration form. Our team then confirms the place and any sponsorship. Reaching 40 young people is the campaign aim, not a count of places already funded.
Where can I follow donations and updates?
GoFundMe shows the amount raised and campaign updates. The organiser plans to share equipment purchases, workshop preparations, what young people build and how the kits are reused afterwards.
Know a future maker?
Families can register without paying. They will hear whether their child has a sponsored place before being asked to pay. Any cost of taking part is agreed with the host school.
