Build Your First Robot is a practical, beginner-friendly robotics workshop by Giiyo Tech where young people learn how robots work by putting one together, testing it, solving problems and making it move.
No previous robotics, coding or electronics experience is required. Participants learn by doing.

Build It. Test It. Make It Move.
Robotics becomes much more exciting when you can actually touch the components, connect them, test them and see the result move in front of you.
Over two days, participants will work hands-on with robotics components and learn how different parts of a robot work together. They will build, test, troubleshoot and improve their robot with guidance from Giiyo Tech facilitators.
The goal is simple: help young people move from simply using technology to understanding how it works and discovering that they can build with it too.

No Previous Experience Needed
Build Your First Robot is designed for beginners.
Your child does not need to know how to code. They do not need to have built a robot before. They do not need to own a robotics kit.
Our facilitators will guide participants through the process step by step while giving them room to experiment and figure things out for themselves.
Who Can Join?
The workshop is open to young people aged 7 to 19.
It is suitable for complete beginners as well as young people who already have some interest in technology, coding, science, engineering or electronics.
Curiosity is enough to get started.
